Refund/Returns Policy

Important Fit Tip
We want you to love your shoes! Our mission is to make you and your feet happy. Here's a couple easy tips to assure that happens;
- Try to get fitted at the store: There really is nothing better than getting an expert guided fit from one of our shoe specialist who live and breath everything footwear day in and day out. We will ask you some questions, measure your foot, watch you walk and make selections of models in the exact category of shoe that is perfect for you!

Try them indoors for a day: Even if you have been fitted by us in store--Try your new shoes inside around the house or lightly on a treadmill: You should feel confident in your selection. There is no real "break in period" for new running shoes--if something isn't right, it's not suddenly going to correct itself.

If you are not loving your new shoes, let's try another pair: If you don't love your shoes from the get-go, swap them out for a different pair. Just make sure your shoes are back before the 30 day return window.
Remember shoes must be in acceptable new/only tried on condition for a full refund. Let's make sure they are right before you start putting in the hard miles.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and basically in same condition that you received it. The bottoms of the sole may have a bit of dust/dirt on them (unavoidable with testing shoes). Items must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and nutritional products are not eligible for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please write your order # on outside of your box and ship item back (within 30 day return window) to:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If Item is a defective item and beyond our 30 day return window, then the manufacturer may need to be contacted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Shoes with obvious signs of excessive wear.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
* Other reasons not limited to the preceding examples above.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded within 30 days, unfortunately closeout sale items cannot always be returned for a full refund, please ask use before purchasing closeout items if this is a concern.
Exchanges (if applicable)
For normal exchanges through our online store--please reorder the item you want instead and ship back the incorrect item to:

You will get a refund for the exchanged item when it arrives back to our store.
This is the fastest and most efficient way to handle an exchange and assures you get your replacement item without delay.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
