If you are experiencing any issues with your order or have questions about our return process, please call us at (810) 238-5981 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

 

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be in new condition, meaning:

     

    • Unused or only lightly tried on indoors

    • In original packaging

     

We recommend trying shoes indoors or on a treadmill to ensure proper fit before use.

 


 

Important Fit Tip

 

We want you to love your shoes. The best way to ensure that is:

 

  • Get fitted in-store when possible

  • Try shoes indoors before use

  • Exchange them early if they don’t feel right

 


 

Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be in new condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Items returned outside of these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

 

  • Gift cards

  • Race registrations

  • Opened electronics or GPS watches

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Perishable goods (nutrition products)

Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75

 


 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

 

  • You will be notified via email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 days

 


 

Exchanges

 

For faster exchanges:

 

  • Place a new order for the desired item

  • Return the original item for a refund

 


 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank
