Looking on how to keep up or jump start your fitness motivation through the winter months?

We have two great workout nights a week with fitness instructor Kris Kotula @ Bauman’s!  Now running through February!

No previous experience needed, no huge commitment!  Buy a 4-class punch card now and use them whenever you want throughout winter. Reup on classes whenever you want.  Plenty of spots open, we are looking for new faces, don’t be shy!  Walk-ins, Try it out for only $5/class!

Tuesday / Tough on Top 

This class is 60 minutes filled with a wide variety of exercises to tone and sculpt each muscle group in the upper body, including the core muscle. 

Thursday / Buttz & Gutz

This class is 60 minutes filled with multiple variations of squats, lunges, planks, crunches, leg-lifts, and other pilates-style strengthening moves intended to tone your glutes and abs.

All participants will needs dumbbells, ball, and a yoga mat
