Thursday Nights in November/December - (6:15PM - 7:30PM)
Round #1 of Core Strength Fusion class starts Thursday, November 1st, 2018.
This 6 week session will focus on upper and lower body strengthening, static and dynamic balance, and some flexibility exercises to keep you in condition throughout the winter months. Participants will need to bring an exercise ball, yoga mat, and dumbbells.
Drop-ins are welcome @ $5 per class.

About the Instructor:
Kris Kotula has been a group fitness instructor for over 15 years with a variety of certifications including muscle conditioning and strengthening, Tai-Chi, Pilates, Arthritis based classes, Bootcamp, Spinning, and Zumba. I have a strong knowledge of Anatomy , Physiology, and Kinesiology due to my degree in Occupational Therapy and a Personal Training certification. Over the years, my passion for fitness and running has given me the opportunity to be a fitness and wellness Director, have published articles in Healthy and Fit magazine, Crim leader, and the ability to continue motivating individuals in fitness and healthy living.
