Tuesday's & Thursdays in February - 6:00PM - 7:00PM
These 4 week sessions will focus on upper and lower body strengthening, static and dynamic balance, and some flexibility exercises to keep you in condition throughout the winter months.
Participants will need to bring an exercise ball, yoga mat, and dumbbells.
Drop-ins are welcome @ $5 per class.

Maximize your New Year’s Training Strategy & Goals with the Jackson/Pollock 7-Site Caliper Skin Measurement Test:
For only $10, Kris will perform an advanced body fat measurement that will be useful for tracking your actual weight loss. Unlike the scale, this test will give you insights on how much of your weight is fat and how much is muscle. This estimate will give you an approximate percentage of body fat to muscle by measuring skinfold thickness at specific locations on the body, allowing you to plan your goals around what your specific needs are for maximizing your fitness gains. The test will be administered both at the beginning of the session and following the session. See Kris before class for more details.

About the Instructor:
Kris Kotula has been a group fitness instructor for over 15 years with a variety of certifications including muscle conditioning and strengthening, Tai-Chi, Pilates, Arthritis based classes, Bootcamp, Spinning, and Zumba. I have a strong knowledge of Anatomy , Physiology, and Kinesiology due to my degree in Occupational Therapy and a Personal Training certification. Over the years, my passion for fitness and running has given me the opportunity to be a fitness and wellness Director, have published articles in Healthy and Fit magazine, Crim leader, and the ability to continue motivating individuals in fitness and healthy living.
